Tens unit
When I first started getting pain, I used a tens unit to see if it would help my endo pain. I didn't see any progress so I stopped using it. A tens unit is a transcutaneous electrical stimulation (TENS) that sends electric currents produced by a device to stimulate the nerves for therapeutic reasons. It feels like it's tickling my lower abdomen. Last night, I had another flare up and decided to try it out again. This time, it felt really good on the pain but still did not stop it. It helps keep me calm as well. Sadly, I am still in pain but I am using the tens unit and taking multiple medications to help it subside. I think trying a tens unit is worth it. It not only feels good, but also relaxes you. If there is something you haven't tried in awhile to help the pain, I suggest trying it again because it may help even just a tad this time just like my tens unit is doing for me.

I used TENS Unit against the pain of my knees. I must say that it helps me but only for a short period of time. I don’t know how often I must use it. Is it healthy to use it day by day or only twice a week? Thank you.
